Linear Series Food Display Units

The Linear Series from Cossiga is designed to bring flexibility, efficiency and consistency to modern food service environments. Built as a modular system, the range allows operators to create a complete commercial food service line using a combination of hot and cold drop-in units, tailored to suit a wide variety of applications including aged care, healthcare, hospitality and institutional catering.

At the core of the range are the Linear Series drop-in units, available in refrigerated, bain marie and ceramic hotplate configurations. These units are designed to maintain precise food temperatures while providing a clean, integrated presentation, making them ideal for service lines where reliability and consistency are essential.
